If you have premature wrinkles there are now some exceptional and natural ingredients you can use to fade them and prevent them from returning.

Your wrinkles can be the result of many factors including aging, smoking, over exposure to the sun and poor diet. In some instances, premature wrinkles are down to your genes and unavoidable!

However, whatever the cause you can naturally and effectively fade them if you use the right ingredients in your creams and body lotions. I am not talking about the heavily advertized leading brands as they never tackle the root causes and are packed with many harsh chemicals.

What I am talking about is skin care from smaller specialized companies that put their resources into using only the finest ingredients with no added harmful substances.

On their website, look for a logo for the Compact For Safe Cosmetics which ensures they do not use any hazardous substances in any of their products.

So now to the ingredients!

Cynergy TK is a breakthrough in modern skin care because it helps your body to produce more collagen, as much as it needs in fact. As you get older your collagen decreases and leads to premature wrinkles and lines appearing.

Once you start to make more, lines and wrinkles start to fade away and your skin will gradually thicken to make it more resilient too.

Phytessence wakame comes from sea kelp and is bursting with nutrients to heal and soothe your skin. It also helps to increase your levels of hyaluronic acid that works with collagen to put back the elasticity and firmness in your skin and restore your youthful glow.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) contains powerful antioxidants to combat free radical damage and restores your natural levels as it is depleted by sunlight. This allows you to benefit from the sunshine without reducing your levels, especially important as the sun helps the body to make vitamin D.

Babassu wax softens and smoothes your skin and protects it from the outside elements while locking in the moisture. It can be used on oil and dry complexions and can even help with conditions like eczema and inflamed skin.

Grapeseed oil is also very effective and is rich in natural vitamin E. It has been shown to help reduce stretch marks and is especially good for repairing the skin around the eyes.

If you use these ingredients to prevent and fade premature wrinkles then you will have a winning combination to help you look as young on the outside as you still feel on the inside.

A philosopher might say, The lines in my forehead are indicative of the things I have seen. Thats something like saying wisdom comes with age. While you might want to be wise, you probably dont want wrinkles, anywhere on your face.

Judging from the popularity of cosmetic treatments such as Botox injections and wrinkle fillers, people do not want their foreheads to reflect the years they have lived or the things they have seen. While most of us do have respect for the elderly, we are not a society that values being aged.

Ponce De Leons search for the proverbial fountain of youth indicates that we are not the only society that dreaded the aging process. It is not just about being immortal. It is about the loss of beauty, the vitality of youth and the sex appeal that comes along with it.

There are some aging processes that we can do very little about. The human body, like all animals, must eventually break down. But, scientific research indicates that there are many so-called age-related symptoms that are actually preventable.

Were the lines in my forehead preventable? Thats a question that you might be asking.

If from the age of 20 on, you had made an effort to protect the area from exposure to sunlight, then you might not have wrinkles, today. We have known for many years that free radical damage, caused largely by overexposure to sunlight, plays a major role in age-related wrinkles. We have also been aware that antioxidants prevent free radical damage.

The skins antioxidant/free radical balance is an important factor to consider when it comes to wrinkling and the other signs of aging. Researchers have found that there are more free radicals and fewer naturally occurring antioxidants in older skin. A goal of some better skincare treatments is to correct that balance.

But, are the lines in my forehead reversible? For decades, researchers have debated whether or not antioxidants could reverse free radical damage or only prevent it. The results from studies concerning the antioxidant coenzyme Q10 indicate that free radical damage is reversible, especially when it was caused by overexposure to the sun.

The volunteers in most of the studies were women with sun damaged skin. They used the coenzyme Q10 creams daily for three months. At the end of the study, there was a 30% reduction in wrinkles and a 30% improvement in sun damage.

Were the lines in my forehead caused by sun damage? Thats something that only you can answer. If you were, at one time, a sun worshipper, then the likely answer is yes.

Coenzyme Q10 is not the only topically applied ingredient that reverses wrinkles. Others include Shea butter, avocado extract and the bioactive form of the protein keratin. That last one is something of an anti-aging miracle. It stimulates the production of new cells, increases the number of antioxidants and increases skin firmness by over 40% after only 18 days of use.

Now, you might be saying, The lines in my forehead are not permanent! According to the scientists, that is a correct statement.

When you begin to age, it is time for you to take some extra care of your skin and prevent it from making the signs of aging visible. Today, the market has many products containing various anti aging essentials which are not only effective against aging but are good for the overall health of the skin too.

Talking about anti aging essentials, one of the most important one is Cynergy TK™. It is a natural extract derived from the wool of New Zealand’s sheep. What makes this extract special is its amazing property of stimulating the production of structural skin proteins.

When we age, the production of Collagen and Elastin proteins which are required for maintaining the structure and form of the skin begin to lower down inside the body. And as a result, the skin starts becoming loose and baggy and eventually starts developing fine lines and wrinkles all over its surface.

Now, Cynergy helps combat this condition by commanding the body to produce Collagen and Elastin in ample amounts. As a result, the aging condition is handled at the root level and lines and wrinkles simply disappear as if they never were.

Another one in the list of anti aging essentials is Active Manuka Honey. This honey is derived from the Manuka bush found in New Zealand. It is a premium moisturizer and emollient which has the ability to penetrate deep into the skin and gently nourish it.

Apart from providing the required nourishment and moisture to the skin, it also protects the body from free radical damage. It’s anti bacterial properties and amazing healing properties provide extreme help against acne, blemishes, eczema and psoriasis.

It also facilitates the process of old, damaged skin cell regeneration and nurtures them to rejuvenate and revitalize them. It thus keeps the skin well moist, well nourished as well as young and healthy.

These are just a few anti aging essentials which greatly help in keeping the dreadful signs of aging away from your precious skin. Another important benefit with these substances is that being natural, they are absolutely safe to be used and do not cause side effects of any kind.

Moreover, since they work directly on the root level of the skin condition, the results are most effective and lasting too.

Choosing a natural skin care cream containing these and other like anti aging essentials; is the best way to achieve a young, beautiful and healthy skin naturally and holistically. So, wait no longer; take a step forward and make a wise choice.

As you may know my new book, ‘The Most Effective Ways to Live Longer” is out, and I’ve been doing a round of TV and radio appearances to promote it. Recently I appeared on KTLA in Los Angeles, where the moderator asked me for my five top tips for living longer.

The challenge- for me- is always to narrow a list like this down to so few items.

I came up with 14 tips but whittled it down to five for the KTLA appearance. But I thought I’d share all 14 with you, in a two-parter here in the newsletter. (For a full list of strategies for living longer and healthier, please see read my book!)

Here’s part one:

Drink green tea every day

Catechins in green tea help fight cancer; they’re also effective for boosting your metabolism and helping fight weight gain

Eat five ounces of nuts a week

A 14-year study of more than 86,000 women in the Nurses Health Study showed that people who ate more than five ounces of nuts weekly had a 35% lower risk of cardiovascular disease than those who ate less than 1 oz of nuts a month.

Drink 4 oz of pomegranate juice every day

Pomegranate juice is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories-  in one study, the antioxidant levels in pomegranate were three times that of red wine or green tea. Since part of aging is due to free radical damage (oxidation), foods rich in antioxidants may delay some of the effects of aging. And one study showed that a daily glass of pomegranate juice can significantly slow the progress of prostate cancer.

Take an omega-3 supplement every single day

The research on the health benefits of fish oil is so overwhelmingly positive that it’s not even controversial anymore. Omega-3 fatty acids improve mood, circulation, triglyceride levels, blood pressure and reduce inflammation, a contributor to every major disease of aging from Alzheimer’s to obesity.

Walk 30 minutes every single day

Walking briskly 30 minutes a day may not cause you to lose a ton of weight or look like Mr. America, but it will grow new brain cells, protect your heart, and significantly reduce your chances of dying!

Practice hara hatchi bu

“Hara hatchi bu” is a saying in Okinawa, one of the five “Blue Zones” with the highest number of healthy 100-year olds reside. It means “Push yourself away from the table when you’re ¾ full”. Great advice. We eat too much. Every study on every species tested shows that eating less calories extends life. You don’t have to wait till you’re stuffed to stop eating!

Make a gratitude list

It’s good to remind yourself every day of what you have to be grateful for. Thinking about stuff you’re thankful for takes some of your attention away from anger, resentment and other stress-producing emotions and puts your attention on the good things we often take for granted. Gratitude is a great stress-reduction strategy!

Coming soon… I’ll give you more of my “top tips” for living longer and better!

There’s no doubt about it, the most popular anti aging face products can have harmful long term effects on your skin, providing short term gain but in the future they can cause you to age even more. Find out why and how to find the best quality creams.

There are two main reasons why the popular creams don’t work – too many harmful chemicals and not enough active ingredients.

The big brand names manage to sell their products by mass advertising and celebrity endorsements but they contain chemicals like mineral oil, fragrances and parabens to fill out and preserve their products.

These have been linked to cancer and interfere with the body’s natural processes. Mineral oil coats the skin to keep in moisture but is a by-product of petroleum. This prevents the toxins from eliminating properly and leads to rashes and irritations.

The harsh alcohols used can dry out your skin and lead to even more wrinkles with regular use. They are only used because they are cheap and make the company more profit.

With a skin cream, you really want it to be safe enough to eat because it is absorbed into your bloodstream!

The other main reason is that the most popular anti aging face products do not address the main causes of aging which are lack of collagen and free radical damage.

Many of the popular ones contain collagen as they know people are becoming more aware of the benefits of having more of this vital skin protein. The problem is it cannot be absorbed into the skin from a cream and so provides minimal benefits.

The only way to boost your collagen naturally, and I mean the only way, is to use a substance that stimulates your body to make more. One company has perfected this in an ingredient called Cynergy TK. This natural extract from sheep’s wool is a form of keratin which is found in the body and is essential for the structure of the skin. It can increase your collagen production which is lost as you age to fade lines and wrinkles as well as firming up sagging facial skin.

It contains powerful antioxidants that fight the free radicals that damage healthy cells. This helps to keep your skin healthy and nourishes deep down to prevent the signs of aging from returning.

Know you know how the most popular anti aging face products can be detrimental to your skin, why not look for the completely natural products that restore your youthful glow and keep you healthy?

Visit my website today to learn more about the skin care products I personally use that contain Cynergy TK.

If you are thinking about hiding wrinkles, think again. Today there are effective and natural ways to fade them instead to reveal your more youthful looks.

The problem with hiding wrinkles is that you use more make-up and do not tackle the root causes of aging. Most make-up today contains many harsh chemicals that are not good for your skin or your body, so the less you can use the better.

I am sure you have tried many so-called anti-aging creams that never live up to the hype but recent innovations in natural anti aging skin care mean that today there are some extremely effective creams and lotions that are proven to work and here’s why.

The reason you get wrinkles in the first place is because of the loss of collagen and oxidation by free radicals. Collagen is the skin protein that keeps the skin firm and supple and free radical damage leads to premature aging and disease.

The recent creams contain substances that help to naturally increase your body’s production of collagen, allowing your body to get as much as it needs to smooth away wrinkles and lines so you don’t have to hide them anymore!

Powerful antioxidants help to boost your own levels to quash free radicals and nourish deep down to ensure your skin is maintained in the best of health. This also helps to prevent the signs of aging from returning, giving you a sustainable way of staying younger looking.

One more important substance that is often overlooked is hyaluronic acid which works alongside collagen to improve the elasticity and firmness and the levels of this acid also decrease with age.

One very special ingredient that boosts your levels of this by inhibiting a harmful enzyme which breaks down your hyaluronic acid is Phytessence wakame from sea kelp.  In addition it delivers essential nutrients including vitamins and minerals that literally drench your skin in goodness.

As you can see, I firmly believe it is better to try and counteract the aging process naturally instead of hiding wrinkles and delaying the inevitable!

By giving your skin and your body what they need to repair and heal, you not only take years off your appearance as the lines and wrinkles fade, but also help to enhance your overall health and well-being too.

Visit my website today to learn more about natural skin care creams that contain Phytessence wakame and many other natural substances that help to fade those wrinkles.

When it comes to premature wrinkling of the skin, there are some very effective ways you can fade them and stop them from returning. The secret is to treat them from the inside and the outside.

#1 Hydration

Water is essential for most of the body’s processes and is essential for keeping the skin in good condition. You can lose up to 2.5 litres a day and why it is recommended to try and increase your consumption to 6-8 glasses a day.

Drinking enough water helps to boost your immune system, promotes healing of the skin and allows the body to eliminate the toxins effectively. If possible, it is best to use filtered water as today what comes out of the tap contains many potentially harmful chemicals.

#2 Exfoliate Regularly

This helps to expose the new skin and remove the dead cells to give it a natural glow. It also allows moisturizers to be absorbed more effectively and stimulates the surface to increase the circulation to bring more nutrients to the surface.

#3 Fish Oil

Premium omega 3 fish oils with added antioxidants like astaxanthin are proven to reverse premature wrinkling of the skin. They help to increase the thickness, reduce the roughness and scaling and also increase the moisture content.

They are also excellent for repairing the damage done by over-exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays to produce a dramatic anti-wrinkle effect.

#4 Quit Smoking

If you do smoke, it can dry out and age your skin significantly, making it far more likely that you will experience premature wrinkling of the skin.

Smoking constricts the blood vessels near the surface which stops essential nutrients from being delivered. It is estimated that a forty year old smoker will have the skin of a fifty year old!

#5 Natural Anti-Aging Skin Care

The right creams and lotions can have a big impact when they contain the right ingredients. What you want are substances that boost your collagen production to fade lines and firm up sagging skin along with antioxidants to fight the free radical damage.

Ingredients like Phytessence wakame, Cynergy TK, Babassu wax and Coenzyme Q10 combine to rejuvenate and revitalize your skin, making it softer and smoother.

They also help to prevent the wrinkles from returning as they nourish and moisturize deep down to maintain a healthy natural balance.

Let’s face it, we all tend to pay a lot of attention to our faces but neglect our neck. It takes special ingredients in a skin care cream to treat this area as the skin is much thinner and more delicate.

If you treat your neck the same way you do your face, you will be able to gradually firm up sagging skin and reduce the appearance of lines.

Coenzyme Q10 is another valuable one that can moisturize deep down through all the layers to rejuvenate and revitalize. It can help to strengthen the collagen and stimulate the production of new cells.

This enzyme is present in our bodies but is depleted by exposure to the suns UV rays making it an essential ingredient in a neck wrinkle treatment for protecting and maintaining proper skin health.

Phytessence wakame comes from Japanese sea kelp and has long been a well kept beauty secret. It is bursting with essential nutrients that help to repair and soothe your skin and helps to increase the elasticity and firmness too by promoting your levels of hyaluronic acid.

Fish oils many not seem like an obvious choice but they have been shown to extend the genetic fuse and increase the lifespan of our cells. They help the skin to retain its moisture and improve the general health and tone via the essential omega 3 fatty acids.

Are you frustrated by all the conflicting information about how to repair sun damaged skin? If you want to reverse the damage and protect your skin naturally in the future, read on.

Over exposure to the sun is often called photo-aging and results in a leathery and rough feel to the skin, erratic pigmentation and dryness. Despite this, using the right natural ingredients in your skin care and also fish oils can dramatically improve its texture, tone and health.

Premium omega 3 fish oils work to repair the skin best when they have added antioxidants like astaxanthin and lycopene added.

These omega 3′s have been shown in clinical trials to repair sun damaged skin by reducing the roughness by up to 33%, reducing scaling and increasing the thickness.

Over production of the skins pigment melanin leads to sun or age spots and fish oil can help to inhibit the over production of this pigment to reduce the appearance of spots and freckles while improving the moisture content.

Genuine natural creams free from any harmful chemicals can also help to improve the health of your skin, and help prevent future damage from the suns UV rays.

It is important to remember however that some sun is necessary for the health of your skin as it helps your body to produce vitamin D, so although you should not overdo it, it should not be avoided altogether.

In fact some experts believe that increasing vitamin D deficiencies are due to the overuse of sunscreens.

The key is to use ingredients that can nourish deep down through all the layers of the skin and combat the free radical damage. Powerful antioxidant properties help to achieve this and combat the oxidation that occurs.

Coenzyme Q10 is important for the body to produce energy in all the cells, particularly the heart. Over exposure to the sun depletes this and it should therefore be present in your creams and lotions. The best type is called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 as it can be easily absorbed by the body.

This allows you to still get the benefits of sunlight and maintain your CoQ10 levels. It also aids skin regeneration and increases the amount of collagen and elastin to smooth out any wrinkles and lines for a younger appearance.

Grapeseed oil is often overlooked in creams but is also a powerful antioxidant, promotes skin health by keeping in the moisture and also contains natural vitamin E. Other useful oils include Macadamia, Babassu and Jojoba.

If you use these ingredients to repair sun damaged skin, you will have a lasting and effective natural way of restoring its health, along with a boost to your overall health and well being too.
